The Head of the Armenian delegation in the Parliament Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE), Chairman of the Parliament Commission on foreign relations Hovhannes Hovhannisian said today to Mediamax that regardless of announcements of the Azerbaijani side, it was not planned and to consider the Karabakh problem at the regular session of PACE on April 23-27.
