YEREVAN FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF COOPERATION PROGRAMS BETWEEN PARTIES TO KARABAKH CONFLICTMarch 17, 2004 - 21:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Abiding by constructive position in the negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement Armenia is for implementation of programs on cooperation between the parties to conflict without pre-conditions, Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margarian stated today at the meeting with OSCE acting chairman, Bulgarian foreign minister Solomon Passi, who arrived in Armenia within the framework of the regional visit. The Premier noted that the realization of such programs will contribute to the establishment of the atmosphere of trust between the parties. He emphasized that Yerevan is for the continuation of the negotiation process and goes on exerting efforts for the Nagorno Karabakh problem resolving as within the frames of the OSCE as by means of immediate contacts.
