VARDAN OSKANIAN: NO NEW PROPOSALS ON KARABAKH SETTLEMENT PRESENTED IN PRAGUEApril 19, 2004 - 23:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group did not put forth any new proposals for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement during the Prague meeting of the Armenian and Azeri foreign ministers, Armenian FM Vardan Oskanian told journalists in Yerevan. In his words, the parties only clarified approached and possible common ground. At the same time the minister viewed the meeting as useful stating that it will certainly find its continuation in mid May. Vardan Oskanian welcomed Steven Mann as the OSCE Minsk Group US co-chair and noted of his being "an experienced diplomat with excellent knowledge of the region and conflict history".
