YEREVAN SATISFIED WITH DENOUEMENT OF ADZHARIA PROBLEM

PanARMENIAN.Net - Official Yerevan today expressed satisfaction regarding "the tense opposition between the Adzharian Autonomy and the Georgian central authorities coming to an end mainly peacefully and without bloodshed," Press Secretary of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia Hamlet Gasparian stated. "The denouement of this problem is another important step on the way of establishment of stability and peace in Georgia and thus on the entire South Caucasus. Thereupon, we welcome the successive and resolute policy of the Georgian supreme leadership, owing to which the solution of that complicated problem became possible," the Armenian Foreign Ministry official representative stated.
