CONSTITUENT SESSION OF ARMENIAN-GEORGIAN BUSINESS COOPERATION ASSOCIATION HELD IN TBILISI TODAY

PanARMENIAN.Net - The constituent session of the Association of Armenian-Georgian business cooperation was held in Tbilisi today. From the Armenian side Deputy Ministers of Energy, Transport and Communication, Health take part in the meeting, from the Georgian - the Prime Minister, First Lady, as well as deputies and businessmen of both parties. In his welcome message to the participants Armenian President Robert Kocharian noted "the initiative can impart new quality to the Armenian-Georgian political and economic relations." In the course of the sitting Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania noted "the organization should not become a recurrent symbolic structure." In his words, there are concrete prospects thereupon. In the opinion of Georgian co-chair B. Jukheli, the main goal of the Association is to form a common Transcaucasian market. It should be noted that the Association November forum will be held in Armenia.
