RUSSIA WELCOMES ARMENIAN-AZERI DIALOGUE CONTINUATION

In Yakovenko's words, the parties to conflict should themselves arrive at the mutually admissible settlement of the conflict. "Russia in its turn should actively contribute both on bilateral basis and as a co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, thus becoming the guarantor of the agreement to be achieved", the RF Foreign Ministry official stated. To note, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who arrived in Moscow on Monday, is expected to discuss the Karabakh problem during the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
