Polad Byul-Byul Oghly Promised to Do His Best to Solve Karabakh Issue

PanARMENIAN.Net - Tuesday Secretary of State, Deputy FM of Russia Grigory Karasin and Azeri Ambassador in Moscow Polad Byul-Byul ogly discussed matters of arranging the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Baku, reported the Press Service of the Russian MFA. "We talks about urgent issues of bilateral relations within the context of arranging the working visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Baku," the report says. Byul-Byul ogly presented copies of credentials as Azeri Ambassador to Russia. He also stated that Russia plays a key role in settlement of the conflict in Nagorno Karabakh. The Azeri Ambassador promised to do his best "to attain a solution of the issue." He reminded that Azeri and Armenian Presidents will soon meet in Paris. "Everyone expects good outcomes from this meeting. The fact itself that the presidents meet is giving hope," the Ambassador said. "I suppose that much effort should be made to solve

the Nagorno Karabakh conflict." In the Ambassador's words, "the press and TV play a major role in settlement of the Karabakh issue and establishment of normal working relations between the two peoples, countries."
