Russia to Keep on Promoting Karabakh Conflict Settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia is ready to act as a guarantor of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict peaceful settlement, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Mikhail Kamynin stated. In his words, Russia offers its diplomatic assistance in case Armenia and Azerbaijan reach an agreement. "The unsettlement of the Nagorno Karabakh problem upsets all the Caucasian states including Russia and the latter will keep on promoting the conflict settlement," the RF MFA member said. Emphasizing that the parties to conflict are responsible for the final settlement formula the diplomat said Russia will support any variant satisfactory for them. "In case compromise is found Moscow is ready to act as a guarantor," he noted, reported APA agency.
