A moderate magnitude 4.5 earthquake shook Wenxian county in northwest China on Saturday, July 27, state-run Xinhua news agency said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 6 km, was monitored at 33.0 degrees north latitude and 104.9 degrees east longitude, Xinhua said.
On Monday, a 6.6-magnitude earthquake jolted the juncture area of Minxian and Zhangxian counties in the city of Dingxi in Gansu, leaving at least 95 dead.
