Ruben Safrastyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.These are serious people and their decision is final, according to him. "However, I think Speaker Pelosi will not cancel the vote. Pelosi is a California democrat and the Armenian community is her electorate. She will not risk her political career. She is a wise politician and has the forethought to fix the right time for the vote," prof. Safrastyan said. House Majority Leader Steny H.
