Armenia: Covid-19 infections grow by 111 as 426 recover![]() August 25, 2020 - 11:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Armenia grew by 111 to reach 42,936 on Tuesday, August 25 morning, according to information provided by the Health Ministry. Fresh figures also revealed that 426 more people have recovered, four patients have died from Covid-19, while four others carrying the virus have died from other causes in the past 24 hours. A total of 1299 tests have been performed in the pat day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said. So far, 36,475 people have recovered, 858 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 260 others carrying the virus have died from other causes. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
