Armenia-Russia United Group of Forces starts tactical drills

PanARMENIAN.Net - United Group of Forces of Armenian and Russian armies has started tactical drills. According to տhe commander of the united group, Lieutenant General Tigran Parvanyan, both the Special Forces Corps of the Armenian Armed Forces and the units of the Russian 102nd military base are taking part in the exercise, Sputnik Armenia reports.

The military official stressed that similar exercises are held several times a year under the joint training plan between the two armies.

With several scenarios, the military exercises involve a large amount of military equipment, in particular, tanks, infantry combat vehicles, self-propelled artillery.
