Wildberries launching direct sales from Armenian businesses

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian online retailer Wildberries has opened a logistics center in Armenia, which has allowed launching direct sales from local entrepreneurs, the company said in a statement.

"Wildberries has opened the company's first logistics center in Armenia: this has made it possible to launch direct sales of goods from representatives of local businesses on the online platform," the report says.

At the first stage, Armenian entrepreneurs can sell their products only within the country, but in the future the geography will be expanded to other countries, including Russia, the company added.

Wildberries first entered the Armenian market in 2018. In 2021 a franchise was launched to open pick-up points along with local businesses. Wildberries continues to expand its online platform for local entrepreneurs from different countries.
