Harutyunyan defeated Taiyrbek Zhumashbek Uulu of Kyrgyzstan with a score of 7-5 in the 61kg freestyle wrestling event. A two-time European champion, Harutyunyan first cmaled the U23 title in 2021 in Belgrade, Serbia.
