Armenian serviceman lost in Azerbaijan-controlled territory

PanARMENIAN.Net - A serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces has lost his way in the border areas of the province of Syunik due to poor visibility and fog and found himself in territories under Azerbaijan’s control.

Identified as M.G., the man was driving a vehicle and transporting food to military positions in the province of Syunik. “Search and rescue operations have started immediately, steps are being taken to confirm the serviceman is in the territory under Azerbaijani control and to return him,” the Defense Ministry added.
