Cabinet reshuffles in Turkey were planned right after March elections

PanARMENIAN.Net - Cabinet reshuffles in Turkey were planned right after March elections, so Turkish Foreign Minister's replacement was to be expected, Oriental Studies Institute Director, Professor Ruben Safrastyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, when commenting on possible appointment of Erdogan's Foreign Policy Counsellor Akhmed Davutoghlu as Turkey's Foreign Minister.

Davutoghlu adheres to "Turkey has no issues with its neighbors" principle and this is the policy he'll follow, Armenian Turkologist believes.

Yesterday Turkish media circulated information on Ali Babacan returning to Economy Ministry and Akhmed Davutoghlu being appointed as Foreign Minister.
