"Yes, the Russian side has provided information about that," said Narek Sargsyan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia, Armenpress reports. In September 2023, a criminal case was opened against Urikhanyan for “calling for the violent overthrow of the constitutional order in the country”.
