Congress bill suggests increasing Armenia funding by $100 million

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Caucus Co-Chair, Rep. Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ) has offered a bipartisan amendment with Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) to the FY25 SFOPS Bill, which increases funding for the Republic of Armenia by $100,000,000 under the AEECA account.

This funding will support victims from Nagorno Karabakh currently residing in Armenia, who were forced to flee their ancestral homeland amid Azerbaijan’s full-scale attack in 2023.
