  Azerbaijan claims to have resettled 3000 people in Karabakh capital June 24, 2024 - 19:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert, which was occupied in Baku’s aggression in September 2023, followed by the complete expulsion of the indigenous Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh. These figures were announced by the special representative of the Azerbaijani president in Stepanakert, the capital of occupied karabakh, Elchin Yusubov.
