Azerbaijan claims to have resettled 3000 people in Karabakh capital

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert, which was occupied in Baku’s aggression in September 2023, followed by the complete expulsion of the indigenous Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh.

These figures were announced by the special representative of the Azerbaijani president in Stepanakert, the capital of occupied karabakh, Elchin Yusubov.

According to him, “these are employees of government agencies operating here and business workers.”
