Aliyev: Change in Armenia’s Constitution key for singing peace deal

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has declared that the most important condition for signing a peace agreement is for Armenia to change its Constitution, APA reports.

This is not the first time Aliyev has made such remarks, claiming that the current Constitution of Armenia contains territorial claims against Azerbaijan.

He said Monday, July 1 that unless Armenia changes its Constitution, no peace agreement will be signed.
