Armenia PM, French President discuss ties, peace efforts

PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with French President Emmanuel Macron in Blenheim Palace in England on Thursday, July 18, the former's office reports.

The two discussed issues related to multi-sectoral cooperation between Armenia and France.

Reference was made to the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Efforts aimed at ensuring peace and stability in the region were emphasized.

Pashinyan and Macron alwo exchanged ideas on the development of Armenia-European Union cooperation.

Also Thursday, Macron declared that in the past decade, Azerbaijan has equipped itself militarily much more than Armenia.
