U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken continues to be deeply engaged on the settlement of relation between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Principal Deputy Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State Vedant Patel told a briefing on Monday, July 29.

When asked about the recent trip to the region of Louis L Bono, Senior Advisor for Caucasus Negotiations, Patel said the matter is something that both the Secretary and Coordinator Bono continue to be deeply engaged on,” the diplomat said. “This is something we’re going to continue to work towards,” Patel added.
