Gagik Tsarukyan’s son wanted under international search warrant

PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 23, 2025, the prosecutor submitted a criminal case to the first instance court of Kotayk region concerning an incident of hooliganism and armed robbery committed on October 26, 2024, at a casino in Tsaghkadzor.

The case involves N.Ts. (identified as Nver Tsarukyan) and his security staff members M.S., G.D., and D.M.

The court has imposed pretrial detention as a preventive measure for N.Ts., who is now under an international search warrant.

On January 13, 2025, the prosecutor initiated public criminal proceedings against N.Ts.’s security staff under Article 253, Part 2, Clauses 1 and 2 (robbery by a group of individuals with prior agreement, causing damage to property-protection means) and Article 474, Part 2, Clause 1 (assisting offenders committing crimes with prior agreement) of the Criminal Code.

As part of the criminal proceedings investigated by the Investigative Committee, on November 2, 2024, the prosecutor initiated public criminal proceedings against N.Ts. under Article 46-253, Part 2, Clauses 1 and 2 (inciting robbery by a group of individuals with prior agreement, causing damage to property-protection means), Article 297, Part 3 (hooliganism involving firearms), and Article 335, Part 1 (illegal possession and carrying of firearms).
