Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this on his Facebook page, stating that the land's market value is approximately AMD 730 million . "The court has restored the ownership rights of the Republic of Armenia over a 12,400-square-meter land plot near Tsitsernakaberd Highway in Yerevan, recognizing it as illegally acquired property. Its estimated market value is AMD 730 million ," Pashinyan wrote. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
