This is evident from videos circulating on Telegram channels. The surrounding buildings are also in a state of devastation. Azerbaijan has also demolished the National Assembly building. Earlier, it was reported that Azerbaijan’s administration had begun mass demolitions of residential buildings in occupied Stepanakert.
