Pashinyan congratulates Iran’s leadership on Nowruz

PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent congratulatory messages to Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, and Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on the occasion of Nowruz.

In his message to the Supreme Leader, Pashinyan stated:

*"I sincerely congratulate you and the brotherly people of Iran on the occasion of Nowruz, the Iranian New Year. This beloved holiday, rooted in centuries-old cultural traditions, symbolizes renewal and revival.

The historically strong friendship between our two nations continues to serve as the foundation for the ever-expanding and mutually beneficial cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

May this holiday bring you good health and success, and may it bring prosperity and new achievements to the brotherly people of Iran."*

In his message to the Iranian President, Pashinyan wrote:

*"I warmly congratulate you and the brotherly people of Iran on the occasion of Nowruz.

May this holiday, symbolizing the renewal of spring, bring new achievements and success to the Iranian people. May the close and neighborly relations between Armenia and Iran continue to grow steadily for the benefit of our states and the peace and prosperity of the entire region.

Friendly relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran hold special significance for us, and we are ready to expand and strengthen our cooperation in all areas.

I wish you good health and continued success, and I wish the brotherly people of Iran peace and well-being."*

As part of the Nowruz celebrations in Tehran, the Azadi Tower was illuminated in the colors of various national flags, including that of Armenia.
