In a video released by Mkhitaryan, the investigator informed him of the summons related to a report filed by the patrol service in May 2024, according to Pastinfo. According to the investigator, the report alleges that Mkhitaryan was driving a vehicle without a driver's license. However, Mkhitaryan stated that he does not recall such an incident, as he has always had his driver's license with him and has not committed any such violation. He also mentioned that he is unaware of the specific report in question. In a meeting with voters, Martun Grigoryan, a candidate for mayor in the Gyumri City Council special elections, stated that the city feels like it's 1937, with an atmosphere of fear and total control. He noted that people who earn their daily bread through work are being intimidated.
