Armenian, Russian FMs discuss bilateral agenda, future projects![]() March 25, 2025 - 11:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov held a phone conversation, discussing a range of bilateral agenda items between Armenia and Russia. They emphasized the importance of political dialogue between the two countries at various levels. Mirzoyan and Lavrov also reviewed the outcomes of political consultations that took place between their respective ministries last week, exchanging ideas on upcoming projects and initiatives. On March 20, political consultations between the foreign ministries of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation were held in Moscow, led by Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan and Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin. The discussions included enhancing trade-economic cooperation between Armenia and Russia, as well as upcoming joint cultural and humanitarian projects. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
