Starlink launches in Armenia with nationwide coverage

PanARMENIAN.Net - Starlink's internet services are now officially available throughout Armenia, including the most remote settlements and areas with challenging terrain. The announcement was made by Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan on his Facebook page.

He emphasized that this milestone was achieved thanks to the joint and dedicated efforts of the Ministry of High-Tech Industry, the Starlink company, and other government partners.

“Why is this important? A new level of digital infrastructure—with secure, high-quality connectivity. Access to leading global services. New communication opportunities for everyone, regardless of location,” the minister noted, also sharing Starlink’s pricing plans in Armenia.

“The next-generation internet has arrived in Armenia,” he wrote.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan also addressed the news on his Facebook page.

“Starlink satellite internet is now available in Armenia. Starlink users can work from anywhere in the Republic of Armenia—in the heart of nature, in the mountains, fields, or forests—while staying in direct connection with the world and nature,” he wrote.
