PanARMENIAN.Net - During his working visit to Estonia, Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan wrote on his Facebook page that Estonia, as a leading digital nation, serves as a significant source of experience for Armenia.

“Armenia must build a strong and resilient digital future. Estonia, being a leading digital state, is a great source of expertise for us. We are in Tallinn to study their successful models in digital governance, cybersecurity, and public service digitization,” he wrote.

According to Hayrapetyan, the Armenian delegation is attending sectoral meetings to explore opportunities for deepening bilateral cooperation.

He expressed confidence that this collaboration will open new opportunities for strengthening Armenia’s digital infrastructure and introducing innovative solutions.

Hayrapetyan also participated in briefings and discussions hosted by Estonia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where advanced practices in digital governance were presented. These included automated tax and customs systems, as well as AI-powered platforms for social security and justice.
