Turkish man vanishes crossing Armenia border

PanARMENIAN.Net - Ismail Adir, a 28-year-old Turkish national, disappeared while attempting to cross the Turkey-Armenia border illegally near Iğdır with three companions, Turkish media reports said.

Following a report from his friends, Turkish gendarmerie and disaster response teams (AFAD) arrived at the scene, according to Ermenihaber.

A search operation has begun for the missing man. Authorities suspect he may have fallen into the Araks River during the attempted crossing.
