A report by the investigative commission examining the 44-day war is scheduled to be presented during one of the initial plenary sessions of the National Assembly following September 27, according to Andranik Kocharyan, a deputy from the Civil Contract faction.
“Since September 27 falls on a Saturday and the plenary session starts on the 30th, the National Assembly Speaker will include the issue in the council session, and the exact date will be finalized,” Kocharyan told Aysor.am .
He emphasized the report’s significance, saying its purpose is to shed light on problems rather than provoke controversy.
“Don’t look for sensationalism, look for uncovering problems that help eliminate consequences,” Kocharyan stressed.
Due to the extensive volume of classified information, he noted that the session could be held behind closed doors. Nevertheless, the report will be accessible to relevant authorities and state institutions to draw appropriate conclusions.
