Para powerlifting championship postponed in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - The 2026 Armenian Para Powerlifting Championship has been postponed due to delays in customs clearance of sports equipment, the federation said.

A new date for the competition will be announced once the clearance process for the equipment is completed.

The championship had been scheduled for March 28 in Gyumri, at the city’s sports hall.

Funding for the championship was provided from the state budget under a grant agreement between the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and the National Paralympic Committee of Armenia. The application deadline had been set for March 20, 2026.
