Spertsyan nominated for RPL player of month

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia national team captain and Krasnodar midfielder Eduard Spertsyan has been nominated for the Russian Premier League’s player of the month award for March.

According to the league, Spertsyan played four matches during the month, scoring three goals and providing two assists, Factor.am reports.

Other nominees include John Cordoba (Krasnodar, 4 matches, 5 goals), Alexander Sobolev (Zenit, 4 matches, 3 goals, 1 assist), Dmitry Vorobyev (Lokomotiv, 4 matches, 2 goals, 3 assists), Maksim Samorodov (Akhmat, 4 matches, 2 goals, 2 assists), Konstantin Tyukavin (Dynamo, 4 matches, 2 goals, 2 assists), and Ezequiel Barco (Spartak, 4 matches, 1 goal, 3 assists).

The winner will be determined based on votes from RPL legends, experts from the Match Premier TV channel, and fans.

In the current season, the 25-year-old Spertsyan has made 31 appearances for Krasnodar, scoring 12 goals and delivering 15 assists.
