Fake SMS messages sent under Cadastre name![]() April 13, 2026 - 17:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On April 13, the Cadastre Committee reported receiving information from a service provider that SMS messages containing links to external websites were being sent to citizens in the committee’s name, with no connection to its official functions. At present, the messages often contain text such as: “Booking.com: Refund of 243,360 AMD has been processed. Please verify your card details within 24 hours to receive the money,” the committee said. The committee urges citizens not to respond to such messages and not to provide personal data through them. “If links are included, do not open them,” the statement reads. As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
