Country to Live, Strong Armenia unite for elections

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Country to Live party and the Strong Armenia party alliance will participate together in the upcoming elections, according to a statement by the Country to Live party.

It is noted that the two sides have signed a memorandum under which they will combine their political, organizational, and human resources to take part in the parliamentary elections. A unified political agenda will be formed, with regional teams of the Country to Live party actively involved within the framework of the Strong Armenia alliance, including through representation in its electoral list.

“The Republic of Armenia faces serious security, political, and value-based challenges that require national consolidation, responsibility, and clear political will.

The foundation of this cooperation includes:

  • The fundamental importance of Armenia as a free, independent, sovereign, and democratic state,
  • The unconditional priority of returning Armenian prisoners as a key precondition for restoring national dignity and achieving a just and lasting peace,
  • The exceptional role of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church in the history of the Armenian people as a pillar of national identity, faith, unity, and statehood,
  • The imperative of restoring trust between the state and the people, strengthening national solidarity, and effectively consolidating pan-Armenian potential between Armenia and the Diaspora.

The Country to Live party assumes its share of responsibility on the path of changes taking place in the country,” the statement said.

Parliamentary elections in Armenia are scheduled for June 7, 2026.
