Let us remind that the bill submitted by "Agricultural-Industrial People's Union" provides for introduction of criminal responsibility for attempts of denying the fact of the Armenian Genocide. The document also says that Armenian citizen do not have a right to participate in measures of which denial of the fact of the genocide may be the goal.
