Current situation is completely different, RA Politologists Union Chairman Hamayak Hovhannesyan told a news conference in Yerevan. When questioned by reporters on his idea of NKR conflict settlement, Hamayak Hovhannesyan replied that NKR should prove its independence in the ability to resolve its own issues. As for conflict settlement, the politologist emphasized, this is a problem to be resolved by the whole Armenian nation.
