PUTIN SENT CONGRATULATION LETTER TO KOCHARIAN ON DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS ESTABLISHING TENTH ANNIVERSARY

The message says, "the relations between our countries based on centuries-long friendship of the Russian and Armenian nations acquired a deep, versatile and mutually profitable nature in the course of the period, which corresponds to the vital interests of Russia and Armenia as allied states." "It is pleasant that the accumulated considerable potential of bilateral interaction lets us realize consistent struggle against international terrorism, strengthen the Treaty on collective security, present common positions at CIS, UN, OSCE and other international organizations on the world policy urgent problems, - Vladimir Putin writes. - I am convinced that the coming years will open new positive horizons in developing the Russian-Armenian relations for friendship and welfare of our peoples and stability in the Caucasus."
