REGULAR SURGE OF OPPOSITION MASS REPRESSION STARTED IN BAKU

PanARMENIAN.Net - 85 people total were detained and arrested for participation in the meeting of United Opposition Movement held last Saturday in Baku, 50 of them are members of "Musavat" party. 17 of the party members were arrested for different terms, four of them - already before the meeting. 18 members of the Democratic party, 13 members of People's Front party, four activists of Civil Unity party are among the arrested. Over 200 oppositionists got bodily injury and traumas of different degree in the course of the clashes with police. Some are hospitalized.
