  COMMUNICATION LEVEL BETWEEN ARMENIAN AND TURKISH OFFICERS IN NATO EXERCISE RATHER HIGHJune 20, 2003 - 22:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The level of communication between the Turkish and Armenian officers in the "Cooperative Best Effort-2003" exercise conducted in Armenia is rather high. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, deputy assistant of the Armenian defense minister, the exercise co-commander Murad Isakhanian stated today.
