ORBELIAN FUND TO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUNG TALENTED ARMENIAN MUSICIANSFebruary 19, 2002 - 22:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - February 16-20 the listening for "international exchange scholarships", awarded by "Orbelian fund" will take place in Yerevan.
