TERRY DAVIS MAY ABANDON KARABAKH ISSUE

PanARMENIAN.Net - Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) rapporteur on Nagorno Karabakh Terry Davis is going to run for PACE secretary general. PACE Armenian delegation head Armen Rustamian told "Arminfo" agency. Thereupon, he did not rule out the opportunity for the rapporteur's recurrent visit to the Karabakh confrontation region planned in early August to be postponed. It should be noted that in case of being elected for the post, T. Davis will automatically abdicate rapporteur responsibility. Unlike the first visit to the region this April, in the course of his second visit the rapporteur intended to visit not only Azerbaijan and Armenia, but also Nagorno Karabakh.
