Armen Yeritsyan: Armenia should have national platform to reduce disaster risksJune 23, 2010 - 12:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A planning conference on Armenia 2010 field exercise [to be held in Kotayk region September 11-17] opened in Yerevan on June 23, with a purpose to finalize organizational issues. “I am glad to welcome NATO representatives, who can see the results of the work carried out,” said Armen Yeritsyan, the RA Minister of Emergency Situations. “Armenia should have national platform to reduce disaster risks. I believe we will succeed in developing such by the end of the year,” he said. The conference brought together 60 participants from 23 countries.
