U.S. Ambassador to RA to meet Armenian community in San Francisco

PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 7 and 8, 2010, U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Marie L. Yovanovitch will meet with representatives of the Armenian-American Diaspora community in San Francisco.

She looks forward to exchanging views on current developments in Armenia, U.S.-Armenian relations, and U.S. assistance to Armenia, reported the press office of the U.S. Embassy to Yerevan.

On October 7, the Ambassador will meet with members of youth groups, representatives of community organizations, as well as the clergy in San Francisco. A public Town Hall Meeting with all interested members of the Armenian community will be held at 7:00 pm at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis.

On October 8, the Ambassador will visit the University of California at Berkeley, where she will meet with Armenian Studies Program students.
