As reported by "Arka" agency, the President of NKR has confirmed the readiness of Karabakh authorities to constructive work. In Ghukasian's words, in spite of some change in the dynamics of the negotiations, the Karabakh party is sure that they will be continued. According to a press release spread by the President of NKR Public Relations Office, the Co-Chairmen noted that it was impossible not to consider the present reality while developing an effective mode of settling the conflict.
