AMD is leader for exchange rate increase against USD among CIS currencies

PanARMENIAN.Net - Leading analyst of FOREX CLUB group of companies Mikael Verdyan said that the number of players at FOREX market has sharply increased during the global economic crisis.

Responding to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter’s question during a press conference in Yerevan, Verdyan said that it is as a result of drastic fluctuations in currency rates.

Meanwhile, head of the information-analytical center of FOREX CLUB group of companies in Ukraine Nikolay Ivchenko said for his part that AMD is the leader for exchange rate increase (5%) against USD among the CIS currencies this year. “During the crisis in 2009, the biggest drop was recorded in the Ukrainian currency – hryvnia – 86%.”
