Recent statements of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs gave Azerbaijan the go-ahead for a new aggression, however, the summit has changed everything, Ter-Tadevosyan told a press conference in Yerevan. “All participants of the summit, possibly, except for Turkey and Azerbaijan, have agreed that the conflict should be solved peacefully,” he said.
