Famous political scientist, director of institute of CIS countries Constantine Zatulin said in an interview to Russian TVC channel. In his words, there was a problem of Russian-language Armenians, at whose urgent request Russian-Armenian University has been formed and the Russian language is taught at schools as before. Moreover, the availability of a large Armenian community in Russia lets Armenia always remain participant of the process of cultural and spiritual development of not only the Armenian, but the Russian and Russian-language society, C. Zatulin noted.
