ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT SPEAKER AND SWISS AMBASSADOR DISCUSSED PROSPECTS OF OFFICIAL BERN RECOGNITION OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE IN OTTOMAN TURKEY

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian National Assembly Chairman Armen Khachatrian and Swiss ambassador to Armenia Sephan Shpeck discussed the prospects of official Bern's recognition of the fact of the Armenian Genocide in Ottoman Turkey. As it is known the resolution draft on recognition of the genocide in 1915 is submitted for consideration by the Swiss parliament in June. 115 out of 200 deputies have signed the statement calling to vote for passing the resolution. Let us note the Speaker and Vice-Speaker are among the cosigners.
